Known for his ability to read a room instinctively, Marcell blends musical excellence with genuine human connection, creating performances that feel joyful, intentional, and deeply engaging. His leadership style is rooted in presence, generosity, and care for both the audience and the musicians he leads.

Marcell’s philosophy is simple and unwavering: music is service. That belief has shaped the culture of Guyton Entertainment from the beginning, influencing everything from how artists are treated to how clients are cared for. Audiences feel it immediately, musicians trust it deeply, and clients remember it long after the night ends.

Amy Dougherty brings over 25 years of experience in high-level event production. A former New York Knicks dancer, she blends performance instinct with operational precision. Amy has traveled to 22 countries and draws inspiration from global culture, music, and design.

Her production background includes major moments such as the NFL Draft, Bespoke Galas, and World Cup–level events, while still maintaining a deeply personal approach. On average, Amy oversees and supports approximately 65 weddings per year, guiding clients with calm confidence, clarity, and care.

Ysel Nicholson brings a rare blend of event leadership, musical instinct, and creative presence to Guyton Entertainment. With extensive experience overseeing site walkthroughs and on-site production, she has a deep understanding of sound, flow, and the technical details that make live events feel seamless.

As a Principal DJ, Ysel is known for her intuitive ability to read a room and shape energy in real time. A Milwaukee hip-hop dancer and solid core instructor, she draws from movement, rhythm, and culture to create experiences that feel alive and connected. Outside of events, she is a proud dog mom, bringing the same warmth, care, and intention into everything she does.

Eric Carter leads sound production at Guyton Entertainment with over 35 years of experience as an A1 engineer. A Brown University graduate in audio, Eric brings deep technical knowledge and a refined ear to every event, overseeing all A1 engineers while mentoring the next generation of sound technicians through hands-on leadership.

Outside of Guyton events, Eric serves as Head of Audio at Christian Faith Church, supporting weekly 12–14 piece bands with consistency and care. Whether mixing large-scale productions or intimate moments, he has an exceptional ability to translate a floor plan into clear, balanced sound that guests can hear and feel, always with intention and never too loud.

Sam Guyton serves as Artistic Director of Guyton Entertainment, shaping the creative vision behind every performance. An active Recording Academy member and NYU Entrepreneur of the Year award recipient, Sam brings a deep understanding of music, culture, and live experience to his work. A dancer at heart, his background includes working with choreographers trained by Frank Gatson, influencing his instinct for movement, timing, and energy.

Frequently traveling between the Midwest and New York City, Sam draws inspiration from both markets to keep the music fresh and intentional. He remains an active artist, currently developing a trio project that reimagines great songs alongside original work, and loves bringing creatives together through music, conversation, and shared experiences.

Logan Delgado leads the operational execution of Guyton Entertainment, ensuring the business runs smoothly, efficiently, and with consistency across teams and events. An NYU Music Business alumnus with a strong music and production background, he bridges creative vision with structure, systems, and accountability, knowing the Guyton product inside and out.

An active staff member with the Grammy Awards, Logan stays closely connected to artist rights, industry standards, and best practices. Based in Manhattan, he is frequently on-site overseeing events, advising Guyton artists on original music projects, and managing contracts, workflows, and internal coordination to deliver a seamless, high-level experience every time.
